We are turning the Basso building into the first prototype of the HUB Sebastopol. By working towards switching ownership to a non-profit Land Trust we will create a form of rent control and allow for tenants to dive even deeper into their work here as stewards of the town.

Anahata Yoga & Sound
Birthed from Soft Medicine Sanctuary's overflowing events, yoga and dance, AYS is a new non-profit occupying the old Dhyana center Body Temple (Upstairs) and Anahata Studio (Downstairs). They teach 33 weekly classes and offer numerous daily events.

Co-Create Sebastopol
A co-working space built around cultural regeneration. Media labs, break out rooms, sanga, morning meditation, Sound studio and mentorship programs.

Outdoor Downtown Eatery
(In active purchase agreement discussions with owners of the lot). We are working with the city to build a downtown outdoor eating space with 4-5 picnic tables cover with nighttime lighting and a small sound stage for events on Main Street proper.
