Downtown 40 unit eco-village

Making the downtown more livable is our primary cause.  To do this we will be constructing a 4 unit stacked tiny house village with 400sqft live work apartments surrounded by edible gardens and working farm.  There will be a community center with large commercial kitchen and event space for throwing parties and having cultural exchange, all walking distance to the Barlow and downtown.

Because the units are modular, the whole build should be very low cost compared to traditional apartments.  Also because it is owned by a non-profit CLT, it will be rent controlled forever for ease of access with 1, 5 or 50 year lease options.
